As data entry jobs are about Typing, Copy-Pasting, Recording, and Transferring information from one document to another.
It could be copying or typing information from a book into a Microsoft Word document, or maybe some data to be transferred from an online resource to an excel or world file!
So the key skills you need are very easy to have.
Here are the requirements and what should you do to get started:
1/ Knowledge of Operating a Laptop or Desktop Computer:
To become a Data Entry professional and to get started, the very first skill that you need is the ability to operate a computer device.
It is an easy requirement.

3/ Basic Communication Skills in English:
To start your career as a Data Entry professional, the third requirement is having basic communication skills in English.
Many freshers are afraid of English communication skills, but seriously – this is not as complicated as we think.
If you could understand the message, and instructions of your clients, and if you can ask them questions, reply to them accordingly – that’s what you need!
Communication and discussion about a project mostly happen through written messages, or verbally using Skype, Zoom, or Google Meet calls.
You don’t have to be a native speaker or a very good English writer to get started.
Again, if you are understanding them, and being able to make them understand you, that’s enough to start your career.

This is really easy to find and you should be able to find that information online and place the information into an Excel or Google spreadsheet for them.
